If you are planning to work in a Missouri as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). Reciprocity allows you to become a CNA without taking the Missouri CNA exam. A CNA who has been certified in another state, is in good standing, and would like to become a CNA in Missouri, reciprocity allows you to do so without taking the Missouri CNA exam. ALABAMA APPLICANTS: If you originally trained in Alabama more than two years ago and are only certified in Alabama, you must also include employment verification.
